I saw plenty of these birds darting across the track like yellow bullets but although I'd hit the skids and jump out of my car with my camera, finding and photographing them was difficult. Eventually one decided to take pity on me and it came back onto the track while I was leaning on my car and allowed me the opportunity to snap a few shots.
